The FFM-ARCHITEKTEN team, founded in 2000 by Cilia and Hendrik Tovar, deals with a wide range of planning tasks, focusing on residential construction of all sizes and categories. In the design of residential buildings and villas, the focus is not only on the urban environment, but also on the integration of the building structures into the usually generous green spaces. We understand the living space as a landscape and develop it in such a way that the interior connect swith the exterior. In this way, different, open and private spaces are created in a natural way. By means of a characterfu lbut minimalistic result from “raw” natural building materials, we create the “background” for the individual design of the living areas. A joint and creative development process with the client results in well thought-out and aesthetically sophisticated buildings. In addition to the architectural approach, from kitchen and bathroom planning to lighting and furnishings, we always strive to achieve a balance between design, cost detraction and functionality.
