Raulino Silva was born in Vila do Conde in 1981, where he lives and works. He participated as a speaker at The Plan Magazine’s Perspective Forum, in Italy, and was invited to present his projects at “Arquitectura Avanzada” in Mexico and in an Open Class of the Master of Architecture at ESAP in Oporto. By invitation, he has joined the jury teams of some awards, including the Bee Breeders and Young Architects Competitions. His work, particularly on the housing theme, has participated in several publications and exhibitions, including the exhibition “Best International Houses”, by Platform Architecture in Venice and the Europe 40 Under 40 Awards by The European Center for Architecture in Athens. The built works were recognized with several awards, with emphasis on the Grands Prix Du Design, 2A Continental Architectural Awards, the IF Design Awards, the International Architecture Awards, the Baku International Architecture Award, and the Iconic Awards.
