The Curator

Manuela Kerkhoff has been active in the international book market for over 20 years. She first gained professional experience in New York and Munich with well-known publishers in editorial and copy editing, in the licensing business, in worldwide distribution and with international co-productions. She successfully ran her own agency, International Licensing Agency, for 13 years. With a focus on the development and international marketing of high-quality illustrated books and a passion especially for architecture and design. As a career changer in a completely new industry, she recently gained valuable insights into the architecture, design and construction industry as a public relations and acquisition consultant in an architecture firm. She is pleased to be able to combine these two worlds in the development of new book projects for clients outside the publishing industry. HIGH ON LIVING - WITH THE SPELL OF WATER is her second book as curator in the HOL book series.
